The Problem
Four handoffs. Three people. One blog post.
The client knew content marketing was important for their growing business, but the process involved too many steps and too many people. Their SEO consultant would do keyword research and hand off a brief to a freelance writer. The writer would draft the post and send it back to the SEO consultant for review. Then someone had to manually format and publish everything in WordPress.
Each post required coordination between multiple people, back and forth on revisions, and manual publishing work. The whole cycle was slow and expensive. Posts that should have gone out weekly were slipping to monthly, or not happening at all.

Blog performance month-over-month
From kickoff to live system
Time per published post
Instead of coordinating between an SEO consultant, a freelance writer, and manual WordPress publishing, the entire process runs through a single system. Content goes out consistently and the client can focus their budget and their consultants' time on higher-value work.
